I am Abraham and a new member from Zambia. I have a Honda Fit 2005 red dot.
I have hit 232000km on it. currently having challenges with the Aircon, if its hot it produces heat even when on cold, I experience shuddering, jerks when in traffic sometimes, I need to change the wheel bearing because they are done. I have challenges when accelerating, front passenger window does not open, the two at the back have to be helped with a hand.
I cant use car modulator any more and the paint is done(thinking of repainting it, currently has grey, any color recommendations?) Rim size is 13 but i want to change to a bigger one( any recommendations for the perfect size?)

I intend to put a wing to it after painting.
Do you think an investment to fix all of this will be good or should I let her go.. Daisy is the name

 

First fix what needs to be fixed: wheel bearings, probably the coil packs and spark plugs (for the shuddering and jerks and acceleration), and the aircon if you use it (you might find out how hard it is to fix the windows, maybe being able to use those will make fixing the aircon less of a priority). FInd out what other damage is lurking behind the problems the car has now (it sounds like it has not been maintained well).

Then think about repainting and wings and wheels. There is no point to making cosmetic changes if the car is not solid. At 232000 km your car will need some attention, but Fits are pretty simple machines and many people put more km on Fits than you have on yours.
