Hey guys,

I'm Matt, I got a fit back in August I have the Nighthawk Black Pearl Sport AT. Just got it back from being in an accident, I just ordered some window tints and I still deciding on what else to buy for it. I've been browsing this site ever since I lost my fit, and its been wanting me to run over to the body shop and drive home with it everytime I look at some of these fits. I love it here, this is my second post, and my first post all of you were very helpful with my questions. I live in New Jersey, Monmouth county, I'm 17 and looking to learn a lot from this site. Here's a couple pics I took in the my school parking lot when I first got it...

-Thanks

Pre-cut =]

eBay Motors: Precut window tint kit Honda civic element fit pre cut (item 330198746215 end time Jan-17-08 11:40:31 PST)

When you win the bid they ask you for what kind of car you have and what % darkness you want... Pretty neat I think I'm gunna attempt to put them on tomorrow I watched a couple youtube vids and read some instructions

just set aside a lot of time its gonna be a pain in the... if you are trying to rush, (ive done my tints myself) to help the back window (if its chilly) put on the defroster, and press VERY hard with the squeegee of your going to get creases on the edges- since the window curves up /down / left / right, just keep squeegeeing and smoothening it out it will take a while - same with the little windows in the back they are curved too and you might have a prob.. but dont give up!
what % did you get? its gonna look nice when its done--

Yeah, I planned on it taking a good 3-4 hours but I'll do whatever it takes, I'm going to explain it to my girlfriend too so she can help you, the more hands the better. I'll see if I can make it Thursday, I don't have work that day and it would be cool seeing some other fits, I gotta see if I can get my tints on before then so my car is just sitting in the lot completely stock....

Oh, I asked the guy for 5% for the backs and 20% in the front, I said if he couldnt do that, then just cut 5% all around and i probably will just leave the front windows blank I dont want to get pulled over for something like that.

Just be ready 5 at night is really dark! But looks really good! In NJ you can't have tints on the front so drive safe! Don't worry if you don't finish do them is stages I took 3 days to do mine started with the back hatch next day rear sides and the third day fronts and windshield that way I could still drive around and it didn't look stupid :]
