Well I would like to get her tinted...not sure about the requirements in Va. I want to put some bigger rims/tires on her...but after reading alot of posts here it seems as though a good number of people have rubbing issues. I went and looked at some hard drive dvd/nav systems...man those things are costly!
I would like to put on a intake and exhaust only if they don't make my mpg go down!

 

Dude this is too funny. I just joined FF 2 days ago after looking at the Fit. What is funny is that I just bought mine on Sunday, an 08 SSM Sort MT from.......Priority. What did you think of the service there? I thought that maybe it was my wife posting b/c it looks exactly the same. They must have just gotten some in b/c we got the last Sport on the lot. Anyway congrats and it is a sweet looking car if I do say so myself.

 

Mine's not a Priority...I bought mine from Williamsburg Honda.
We should have some sort of Peninsula mini-meet sometime...... at wild wings in NN or something...

Mike and Rob..Whats Up! We could do the get together one day..it would really be nice. Mike I got my Fit from Prority Honda on Battlefield Blvd here in Chesapeake. I was looking at VW Jettas, but I researched the Fit and started to become very interested in them. Than one day I saw a BOM Fit with bra (?) and found myself following it... That BOM was super clean!
The next day I went to Priority just to check them out. The dealer had 5 Fits on the lot..2 SSM, 2 blk bases, and 1 LM base. Four test drives later I knew I wanted the SSM auto. The stick was very "rubbery", but I attribute that to its newness. Oh oh got a call will continue later.

 

I am always down for whatever but my work schedule is crazy. Did Priority give you a good deal? I paid sticker for mine at Priority, I couldn't even get them to budge one dollar. They said that they make no money on these and the salesmen hate them b/c for the work they do they don't get much money. I didn't really want to argue b/c there aren't many sport fits to be had around here. I really love the stick shift, don't have a problem with it at all. Me and the wife went round and round stick or auto but finally she decided the stick would be better and honestly I am not dissapointed one bit.

 

Ha Ha! Priority didnt budge a bit! Negotiation! That sounds like a foriegn word for real. They pretty much told me verbatim what you typed above. We dont make any money....they are rare...blah blah blah..I paid 17k for mine! 300$ over invoice. They kept on trying to push up on me about gap insurance and other stuff....blah blah blah. When I told them I was going to check out a Jetta again they threw in the all weather cargo mats. They didnt even have a chance to get into their practiced spiel about this and that. Then I had a intrest rate hassle...got that resolved...than had to wait a day because by the time we got thru with all that it was 9pm so I couldnt update my insurance..In retospect I should have gotten the stick..but man I kept having these Walter Mitty moments when I could see myself manipulating the paddles like a F1 superstar attacking a off ramp at warp.......rrrrrright....sure. I dont even use the things...thinking to much about mpg. Oh, you should kiss your wife...my fiancee wanted me to get something like a Jetta or Corolla....she doesnt like my choice at all (I think she will like it once she sees it in person). Even the guys I work with tease me about it being "feminine", but when we got off the shift I gave a personal show and tell that left them amazed even if they didnt admit it..I could tell they where impressed ..than I dropped kicked them in the nether regions when I told them the mpg...no more teasing...haha. We def. need to get together I think Rob PMed me about trying to get together.
