Powder Coating....

I want to Powder Coat my Rims.... anyone know how much it would cost? Where to get it done?

Depends on where you live you have to find a local body shop or specifically paint shop. Get a quote from them. If I were you I would just have a friend who has painted wheels before paint them or do them yourself. Worse case scenario you have to remove the paint and do it again. I just had a friend paint my stocks will get up some pics soon.
