Hey guys and gals. I just traded in my 2008 Subaru WRX (Had it since August 2007) for a new 09 Honda Fit Sport. I needed to downsize to something more affordable per month and that was well built and inexpensive to own, so of course I got a Honda.

I love the car. I'm a certified car nut and my WRX was modified a bit (Full exhaust, tune, some bushings, etc). I don't think I gave up a whole lot in the trade, the Fit is a blast to drive () and so practical.

I don't plan to modify it past some mild stereo upgrades and window tint. No K20 swap for me (famous last words). I got the factory window guards installed from the dealer already and they look really sweet. Perhaps some small cosmetic stuff...like maybe an axleback exhaust. It would have to be a nice piece though, like the Mugen Sport Muffler or something. I need to keep it reliable and I don't want it to sound annoying, plus Hondas are wonderfully engineered, so changing things is not always necessary.

I just thought I'd join to learn more about the community surrounding these things. I'll take some better pictures soon. Thanks for reading!

 

hey congrats. had a modded 02WRX looong time ago...was before the STi's were released in the US. was a fun car, but the FitS is a better car by far. i do not miss my subaru's.
