Hello.. I just traded in my 15 MPG - 2008 Jeep Wrangler with 35k Miles on it for a Black 2010 Honda Fit Sport...I got $14,000 for my Jeep Trade in (I still owed $10,300) So that left me with $3,700 as a down payment. I added $1,000 to my down payment to get my payments closer to where I wanted to be. Ended up at 4 years 1.9% Financing $267 per month.

I figured I would have ended up spending around $1000 on upcoming maintenences & tires for my Jeep so the extra $1,000 I put down wasn't thrown out the window.

So far, I really like it a lot. I am really enjoying getting awesome MPG and it's fun to try to keep the MPG gauge at a high level, although its distracting. So far, I'm extremely happy with my decision. I hope to learn a lot from the endless knowledge here and will try to contribute something to the best of my ability in return.
