hey fitfreaks, im having trouble posting pictures frome imageshack and i want to know how to, since the tutorial didnt work out for me. it just posts the url. second of all, i have an avatar that i wanna post so when i comment ppl see it on the bottom part of the section that is written in. howw?! help me out guys! its whats keeping me from going all out with pictures, threads and replies!
