Tire Pressure help?
use 33psi when cold (morning before you drive your car). if you're going to pump air at a gas station, use 35psi since the tire's warmed up.
DONT pressure up 51 as it can burst upon impact with a pot hole or a manhole lid.
your spare tire in the trunk should be pressured up to 60psi, but with summer temps coming, keep it around 58psi.

As the manual says, the tire pressure for the car is posted on the car and in the manual. What's on the tire is the max pressure ever for any car with that tire, and it's got nothing to do with what you are supposed to do with your Fit.
(now I'm sure random people will post a bunch of reasons why they disagree with Honda; for tire pressure I stick with what the car co says, because they're engineers and have actually tested stuff scientifically)
