Sorry if this is in the wrong forum or has been posted prior but I can't seem to figure out how to set a picture as my profile photo next to my user name when I post OR how to set up a signature?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...once again sorry if this has been asked previously or is in the wrong location!

 

click on the top left user cp then click edit profile picture were the control panel section is on the left side middle

 

Yes what Wafulz said.

Don't forget to set your "profile picture" AND your "avatar", they are different. The best way i've found to do it is to host the picture and upload it that way, you may have to edit the picture to meet the size requirements.
