Hi all,

I've been lurking in the forums for a while now, but joined today.
It was one of my research tools that helped me decide to buy a Fit.
I bought a new MT FS in Alabaster Silver Metallic at the end of March.
I've got over 7,000 miles on it and love it so far.

I went to Niagara Falls for vacation last week. I made my wife drive her Subaru Legacy since it has less miles than my fit.

Yep, NF is a no stress, must see vacation for anyone living east of the Mississippi. Cheap flights to Buffalo and a million things to do on the Canadian side (butterfly garden, Niagara on the Lake, bike riding through the vineyards, 1.5 hour drive to Toronto, close to the hometown of the greatest drummer ever to wield sticks (Neil Peart).....and on and on.....). Glad you had a great time. Been there twice, and someday hope to help harvest ice wine grapes during one of their winter harvests.

 

Since my first post I've had the windshield replaced twice within 12 months and the current one has at least 2 noticeable chips in it. Not the car's fault just bad luck. I also need to replace the drivers side fog light. The lens is smashed and I didn't notice it until I was at the car wash. I barely notice a difference when I have the occasion to use them. It's about $168 for an OEM replacement. I was hoping to make a WTB post but the system won't let me. I guessing it's because I only have one post.

2013 Sport MT, all stock unless you count a cell phone mount and snow tires.

u can buy a replacement LED foglight (pair) from theretrofitsource.com, much better output and cheaper than OEM.

That's a great idea. For the price of one OEM assembly I'd get 2 lights I'd actually use.

Well I traded in the Fit for a Ford Maverick. It was on order for over a year. I have a few leftovers from the Fit but I still don't have enough posts to put them up for sale.
