Girl noob in VA
Hey guys whats up. Just wanted to introduce myself on here. My names Evie, 21 years old, living in northern VA. What brought me here was my desire to upgrade my sound system in my 2011 fit sport that I bought last year. I don't claim to know anything about cars so I guess that's why Im here. I mainly want alot more bass added on to it. I guess my first step is buying the aftermarket radio and dash kit. I want something nice but not too expensive. What would you guys recommend? Navi would be nice but its not a must. I tried searching online for some but only a few options pop up. What size should I be searching?
hey there, check the ICE section of this forum (in car entertainment).
i run a Pioneer AVH2500BT on my '12 with AXXESS for my steering wheel controls.
I forget the PN for the bezel but I am using the factory bezel and this trim to fill the gap. I found all the info in the ICE section. GL
pioneers by far has one of the best equalizers built in. even with the factory speakers the stereo sounds pretty good.

Thanks kenchan! I will definitley be searching for that oem bezel. I ordered a black metra kit for now but will be changing it eventually so it'll look better. I ended up buying a kenwood ddx-372bt because i like the knob feature. Thanks for all your help!
Welcome,,, just in case you didn't know there are 3 models of the fit based on year (In the US) so put the year in your questions and that way the folks with the same year can chime in, there are differences in the dash between the various years of our cars.
Also there is a DIY on putting a stereo in the FIT on Youtube its not hard , but you have to do things in the right order. The crutchfied adapter kits are not bad and you can buy the dash adapters on Ebay. If you don't need a touch screen you can buy the single DIN and it will leave room for a pocket for sunglasses and stuff..
