New 2013 Fit Owner
Hello Fit Forum
New member here with a new (to me) Fit in the stable now. I am going from a 2011 370Z 6MT daily driver to a 2013 Fit DX. I had 99,300 miles on the Z when our Honda dealer (my wife drives a 2015 Accord Sport) gave me a line on an incoming trade. A silver 2013 Fit with 25K miles. I went ahead and got the extended warranty to 100K miles and the road hazard warranty as well (covers wheel and tire damage). I just picked it up yesterday after the dealer cleaned it up and gave it a nice polish.
I need to do a lot more reading on here to figure out a few things, but I'm excited to have the new vehicle and a new community of great people (so I hear) to interact with. And maybe catch up with some old friends - hi Mr. Kenchan
Cheers,
JAR

That's a amazingly low mileage for a 2013.
My 2016, which I bought late in the 2016 model year, and I still think of as being "New"...has nearly that many miles on it.
Enjoy, I owned a Gen 2 Fit, and really liked it.

Unfortunately, it's an AT. But I really needed an AT since I want my wife to be able to take it to work on occasion. The manual in the Z is just too much for her commute to work - a very hilly 45 minutes in stop-and-go traffic is the reason she gave up the Z as her daily driver back in 2012.
I'll try to post up some pics later this weekend

I replied this weekend, but I guess the post was moderated. Assuming I need more posts before I can link or upload photos. Been doing more reading than anything.
Unfortunately, the Fit is an AT. I needed something that my wife could take to work on occasion. We originally bought the Z for her daily, but about a year in her commute went from 15 min all highway no traffic to 45 min across town all traffic and lots of hills.
I plan to pick up some all weather floor mats and dry intake air filter to start with. Future plans include a new head unit and some wheels and Michelin All Seasons. These spare tire wheels just aren't cutting it on the highway. Mr. Kenchan, you think I can do a square setup on the Fit using front sport wheels from the Z? Half joking, half serious here lol.

yah unfortunately PCD is different to start. i imagined wat it would look like, will need super flush a toilet to fit. lol
as for floor liners, i'd go with the Husky's. they are cheaper than weathertechs and good coverage, well on my GK that is.

Pretty much what I assumed ... no need to toilet flush lol

Thankfully, my wife's Accord AT has pretty well broken me of the accidental brake stab that happens when I try to put the clutch in.
But the Z's keyless entry and start still messes me up. I routinely walk up and try the door handle with the Accord keys in my pocket. I'll even pull the keys out of my pocket to unlock the car for my wife and then put them back in my pocket and sit down in the driver seat. The door handle scenario happens pretty much daily with the Fit now.
