This video is from INSIDE the car:

When the lights are "cold" they are white-ish blue, when "warm", they are Green then when they are FULLY WARMED UP, they are Yellow. THE actual driving color is yellow (3000K) Just like regular HID's, the HID bulbs need to warm up and therefore, goes through a whole bunch of different colors.

The reason why theyre changing colors firstshadow is because theyre HID's. They have to fully warm up (power up) to give off the full brightness and color.

Looks great. I cant wait for my 4300k kit.

do you have any photos of the cut off/beam pattern from inside the car? Im interested in hid's but I'd rather stick with halogen than be one of the idiots driving around blinding everyone with horrible beam patterns.

The Fits headlights are made pretty well. Theres a few pics of beam patterns with HID's. Of course theres glare but the cut offs are actually pretty good.

How difficult is this conversion? And who much would it normally run installed if I had someone do it (parts and labor)?

it's just a matter of taking the bumper off and finding a place to mount the ballasts, everything else should be a simple plug and play

the headllights at NOT fun at all. The easiest way is to either go from underneath the car and take out the fender lining, or take the whole bumper assy. off. The fog lights are quite easy. (again, the front bumber SHOULD be taken off)

So how much of the fog lights do you see when you're driving? (Shooting to the front, not the side)

seems like 6000k headlights are dim... even on the white snow. from what i see in the pictures, almost seem like stock headlights might be brighter

It's probably becasue i've got them aimed quite high so it's lighting up the road farther ahead. I do LOTS of highway driving so that's why i do that. If i aim them lower, they will seem a lot brighter.
