opinion on these tailights

IMO, i personally hate these lights. From old civics with them, all the way up to trucks with 'em on, i cant stand those. If you like 'em, get them by all means...after all its YOUR car I like the led style best, but if my only options were to keep the OEM ones, or the ones in your pic, i would have kept the OEM ones.

I think they just look a little too simiplistic and they dont really go with the styling of the car (regardless of color). I too think that the OEM stockies look a bit better. They do look different (on a fit) but they also look old stying wise (not retro old either, fade to yellow old)
Is there even a clear covering on it?
and if not then deffinately a no, no! as it would not fit the styling cues as all.
ya know they kinda look like those matrix robots with the spider eyes...
(that doesnt make them cool...just more odd... )
I wouldnt do this> ...but I can imagine that some would...

see everyone is making fun of these tail lights but if mugen made them, i dont think people would hate them at all.
im not saying im not a jdm label whore (because i totally am) im just saying that mugen and j's and every other good company have some ugly exterior parts (much uglier than these lights) that people love. i say do it, get them. on the right car, these would look good.
oh the power of a brand name.........
