Cracked Foglight

So I ordered the X-pel headlight film to cover my foglights today and when I removed the driver's side one I noticed its cracked. Not just a little crack either, it runs from the top to the bottom of the foglamp

Lucky me I found a driver's side foglight assembly on eBay for about $35 + shipping.

Now I was wondering, does this look legit? It seems a little cheap...

Just take it to the dealership and see if they'll warranty it, if your in the warranty period theres no reason they shouldn't.

The dealership I worked at used to warranty cracked fogs left and right.
