Can you order Acura parts through a Honda dealership? Any online Acura dealerships like Bernardi and college hills? Cheapest way to get this part? Shipping might double the cost.

Thanks for the link. The part #, 34265-SFE-003, is listed as a "lens" at Delray (acuraoemparts) and I wondered if this is just the lens or the light assembly. I wanted to know if I order this "lens" will that be all I'll need?

 

Yup, see the photos I posted at the end of the link. The RDX part shown in my pics is everything that comes under the part number you've cited.

In otherwords, the switch is part of the lens.

 

That's excellent and quite a deal in my opinion. $18 with shipping is quite doable.

I posted back on his blog about it, he took the picture down. I posted another photo that had a copyright on it and told him he could use it. I don't know if he actually did though.

What I found to be the most intriguing was what happened to my file on imageshack - it was either deleted or otherwise rendered defunct. I couldn't access it either by link or by account. In this case it appeared to have actually been stolen, not just copied.

Photography folks who frequent dpreview are rabid about intellectual property rights violations.
