HID help lol PLEASE!!
ok i got this cheap kit from ebay it has no power to the battery do thay make them like this or did somone not send me somthing i need? and if so how long do i wait for the light to load up? becouse iv had them on now for about 3 mins and there not working at all i thought since there is no power and ground to these it might need to charge up for the first time anyone had this problem?

there are kits that don't have wires to connect to the battery to draw power from, but instead you connect it to your stock h4 socket harness to draw power. try switching the 3 prongs that connect to the h4 socket if this is bixenon or 2 if just single beam.

i got it i had the scocket hooked up backwards >.< when i tryed the RIGHT way the first time and it was really hard to connect so i stoped and fliped them around and thay connected really easy so i thought that was the way and then i turned them on and thay did not work. so i did the troubleshooting thing and hooked them right up to the battery and thay worked so i fliped the plug and thay work now so im good. but thank for the reply.

here are some pics of my set up now 8000k headlights and fog lights, the fog lights look bluer then the headlights looking at them head on. ill swap the yellow 3000k back in tomorow night and take more pics.

so are they hecka brighter than the hyper yellows? are you able to see better at night now? i might end up doing this later but i dunno yet, i wanna see how my 8000k bulbs look when i get em, i still love my hyper yellows too much to switch em out yet.

i hate yellow BLEGH! but i definatly like the 8000k =] id go with it but i think 8000k is pushin it a wee bit far on a stock fit so im stickin wit 7000k for now =] gunna use a tri-pod tonight XD

go for it man, ya the only reason why i want yellow hids for fogs is bec yellow cuts threw fog better than anything, so im trying to get the best sight possible for my fit
