Good buying experience on H4 bulbs from the UK
After looking around, I found this seller of bulbs for vehicles:

I ordered Phillips X-Treme Power H4 bulbs, highly awarded in Europe:
Philips X-Treme Power H4 from Power Bulbs
For the price of $43.50 (free extra emergency bulb). The law in the UK requires an extra bulb in the glovebox for quick replacement. Shipping included.
Very happy with the better lighting, quality, price and the five days it took to get to my mailbox.
