HID Kit for ~$200 CAD

i know retrofit would be better but i was wondering if it's good enuff to use? cuz i'm guestimating a retrofit would be around ~1000...so would this be a good replacement? he has a 99.97% positive feedback so it shouldn't be that bad?

Its cheap.. thats for sure.. but i rather get it from a local store. If anything happens, at least you know you will get some support. For these... even if they 'say' they offer warranty.. when it does happen. Would you hassle with it and would they warrant it?
