Removing bumper necessary when installing HID?

Just wondering if removing the bumper is necessary to install a HIDexTRA Hi/Lo 6000k H4 Conversion kit thanks!

I hate it when people just look at a post and dont answer the Q.
u can avoid the bumper removel but when i did mine i wanted to hide the ballasts. Up to you goodluck
