OEM fog light button to fit GE???
hey everyone,
i'm going to be trying to do an independent fog light set up on my GE, and was wondering if anyone has come across, or knows of a fog light button that would fit our car.
i'm going to be trying to rewire the fogs, so they are going to need their own switch, and a toggle switch just looks shitty. i've love to have an oem switch of some sort, but where this doesn't exist for our cars, i'm wondering if anyone knows of something from another honda that may work......or has any ideas. i'm going to hit up the junk yards, and see what i can come up with, but any and all help/ideas would be great. also, if all goes well, expect a DIY.

found an OEM switch. pretty much a universal switch. gonna see it it works or not. 12 bucks plus shipping.
part number 08e10-ta0-1m035. and the quest continues to independent fog lights.

I might pick one up if they look clean for the Hella foglight setup

here is the link to the site i got my switch on. www.hondapartscheap.com
i placed the order, took 2 weeks for them to get the part, then a week for me to get the switch. total of 30 bucks shipped to my door, across the boarder and all.
i thought the switch had 2 or 3 terminals on the back, for an easy hookup, however, i was wrong. i should have known better, due to it being an OEM honda part. the switch came with a female end of a harness. meaning, it needs the male end of the harness to plug into it. there are about 15 little prongs inside the harness hole, which i plan on trying to figure out which one does what, so i can get it to work, i just haven't had the time, nor the time to do the DIY independent fog lights thread. i'm getting laid off sunday, so i'll have plenty of time next week i hope. LOL
i got a cheap red button switch from source(radio shack in the states) for the button i have now. i was able to get it to fit into the slot for the OEM switch. so if i don't get the OEM to work, i'll keep the switch i have now. its not ugly or gawdy so it will work.
