Question UGHHH Can't decide on what to do for the retrofit!!

I really can't decide what to do about what route to take with shrouds, lenses and projectors.

I've already picked up a set of headlights to use as loaners while mine are under the knife while I do the retrofit.

I'm torn for a couple reasons:

1) Should I try and swap my pass lens with the loaner pass lens being that my lens has a stress fracture? (not sure if it will fit properly)

2) Should I just go the easy route and do Mini H1/D2s so that I don't have to cut up the reflector?

3) which shrouds do I go with? small ones that don't need cut as much or large ones that fill the "void" better?

4) do I paint the dish and shrouds (possibly something interesting) or just leave everything chrome?

Over-thinking this one, bros(brodettes)...

Probably ordering from TRS....
