The manufacturer is listed as "Generic". I'm surprised it isn't white with the word "BEER" in big block letters.
If you can afford to lose $160+shipping, go for it. Personally, I think it's a waste of money. The screen's too small and you don't know if it actually will work. I suspect it will work but with very little volume.
In car audio, you rarely get what you pay for. Don't add to your disappointment with a crap head unit.
