CF shift knob. Anybody know where i can find one?

This may not be the right place but im trying to find a CF shift knob that isnt a 5 dollar special off ebay. Anyone have any idea and can help a fellow fitfreak out? I have been looking for some time and may just end up giving in and getting a regular style. Thanks in advance to anyone who has info or ideas for me.

It would be so light. Why would you want such a lightweight knob? Or are you just going for the CF look, but the knob's still weighted?

I found this through a quick Google search:

Doesn't A-Spec have one that's pretty inexpensive?

I remember getting it for $100-$125CAD back then. Looks a bit more expensive now than it was before, maybe they discontinued it. It's a nice shifter, had good weight. If you like the ball style shifters, then it's really nice. Universal fit though, so you gotta go through all those stupid plastic nubs and set screws and all that jazz. Once it's on though, it looks really nice.

Wouldn't the idea of a cf shift knob contradict the point of buying a shift knob (besides for looks)??? The reason I got mine was because the stock knob was too light thus making shifting a bit more difficult. Having a heavier shift knob makes it easier and more smooth. (I know I'm not the only person here who has done it for this reason... backup? haha)

come on saiko, everyong has their own way of doing things, why pushing your reasoning on to others?

I really like that personal shift knob, maybe carbon fiber won't be as cold as metal....I had an aspec ti when I first got my fit...which was around nov....man was my right hand cold......

Hahah well I'm just asking bro. I thought that was the general point in replacing the stock shift knob. Sorry about that

Really depends, some people like lighter shift knobs, some like heavier ones. I like heavier ones, it just has more feel to it when I shift. Some people also like the shaft version, some like an oval, some like a sphere, it's all personal preference really. Then the look is all subjective too. The CF can get cool, but not freezing cold like metal ones. I usually wear thin gloves when I drive my Fit when it's cold outside or my shift knob will give me frost bite haha!

Newby to the thread

I Found a CF shift knob by dojo. I switch from the OE the day after I bought the car. I really love it. my model is called the Ginosho. Check them out at Dojo Performance I also got a mathing set of pedal covers but don't have then in yet. the prices are very reasonable.

After looking around i found this CF knob from tenzo R. Its a universal which im not a huge fan of but otherwise i really enjoy it and it weighs just a tad bit lighter then the oe. Here are some pics. Not the cleanest pics of the inside but you get the idea. haha.
