why do you need to mount a psp? I didn't mount my DS anywhere. be awfully hard to play while driving.

Unlike the DS the PSP can play full movies and mp3's. basically it can be used instead of a DVD head unit. There is also a GPS add on for the PSP.

In another thread some one posted a $15 or $20 suction mount for the psp that worked in the FIT. It discussed how to set it up as a GPS device also.

True, but i see his point. Why mount it? Why make it a (semi-)permanent thing?

To each their own i guess.

How is a suction cup mount any different than a suction mount for a portable GPS?

Seem like some of us are just biased since it can also play video games.

What would your suggestion be? Lay it lose on the dash? Stick it side ways in a cup holder?

A suction cup mount takes about 10 seconds to install and less than 5 seconds to pull out.

i must get this gps addon, looks fun, ive seen a few online suction cup style and a few others. that one seems to bulky to me, ill have to look around to see if i can find something more clean.

im like to be able to have it in the center i think so i can burn around and have he music playing and the visual effects going on the little psp screen.

i got a 4gb mem card its sweet
