Smile How can I replace the factory cd-player in Honda Fit 2002

Hello,

I want to replace the factory cd-player on my Honda Fit 2002 (right hand drive) with a new single-din ipod ready cd-player.

Does anybody know what items/accessorise i'll need?

I'm asking around and everybody is telling me a different thing. Some tell me that apart from the double-din fascia and the cd-pocket, I'll also need an OEM bracket! Others tell me that i'll also need extra wires! or a PC2-68-4 wiring harness adaptor!!! Do i really need these things?

I've contacted the original Honda dealer and the are selling the compatible fascia + cd pocket. But they haven't mentioned anything about metal brackets and extra wires etc...

Also, after i install a new cd-player with USB&AUX, what will happen to the existing AUX input below the lighter?

I would appreciate it, if anybody would supply me with photos of all the items needed.

Car: Honda Fit 7/2002 (Japan, automatic, right hand drive)

plz help
cheers
Kyp
