Rear view mirror?

So I've noticed that the vast majority of Fit owners choose the Mugen rear cover for their oem mirrors. A few will get add-ons such as the Spoon rear view mirror or the broadway mirror.

I chose to go with a 5 panel Wink mirror and have had it for about four years now. Recently though, I was considering if I should continue to use the Wink mirror or go with another option for rear view mirrors. If I go with the "regular" style rear view mirror, I think I would go with the Zoom cf mirror since not a lot of people have them and because they look really nice. I would also have access to my sun visors (which were removed to install my Wink mirror). However, I would also lose a ton of visibility. The Wink mirror basically eliminates all of my blind spots (but some think that it looks ugly). There are pros and cons for each choice but I'm torn between the two.

tldr: What mirror should I go with next? Zoom cf mirror or Wink 5 panel mirror?

I think it looks horrible, but that's just my opinion.

as for blind spots... well, I've learned that nothing beats turning my head for a moment.

I have had my Broadway since high school when a Japanese student gave me it. Hands down the best.

5 panel thing is ugly. I'd go with a more tech. Savvy mirror that displays stuff like outside temp and auto dimm, and compast and such.

I've transferred the same Broadway mirror between 4 different cars already (since 2004! haha).

Wink mirrors are for old schools (foreign or domestic) IMO, I love them, but not in a Fit. They go well boxy cars, look out of place on roundy ones.

Get the CF mirror.

I think mine is 270mm, it doesn't interfere with the visors. You could probably even do 300mm.

My vote

Any rear view mirror that would keep you from side-swiping me or having an accident, would have my vote.

AJ-Racing but it's pretty expensive. $350 or so.

For the cleanest look, I would consider going Spoon. It retains the clean look, but gives you additonal 30 - 40% vision. On top of that, the blue tint actually helps prevent glare from headlamps.

The debate between Spoon and broadway is always a question, but what I realized with one of my cars is that the boardway doesn't allow my passenger visor to flip down without rubbing against it. Personally, I really hate that since I'm picky.

I stuck switch my broadway out for a Spoon mirror.

If anyone needs information regarding the Spoon mirror, feel free to let me know.

Thanks.

Personally I use Broadway and recommend it. best reason being not only do they come in different sizes, they also have the standard flat mirror and convex mirrors give you more viewing space with little distortion.

Zoom cf mirror is always a good choice because the Wink 5 panel mirror is looking ugliy and strange. So I think you should leave the idea of 5 panel mirror and go with zoom cf mirror. its the best choice. Gud luck.

Wink ;)

After driving for years with a 5 panel Wink in my CR-V, I feel kinda blind without it in my GD. The bad part about the Wink style is all those sharp corners and metal brackets just inches away from your scalp...
I tried a convex clip-on, but vibrated too much to see the cops 1/2 mile behind me...
