Just wondering if anyone has any photos of the color stated in the topic? Is it a silver/green color? Me and my wife are going to order a Fit in a month or 2 and are deciding between that color and the blue.

And I couldn't find any goog pics of this color.

 

Sorry, I don't have a photo handy, but I have seen one - in fact it was the car I took for my test drive. It's not quite the same in person as it appears on the Honda web site :http://automobiles.honda.com/models/...?ModelName=Fit

It's definately not silver/green, it's light silver/light blue - this silver is much lighter in color than the Storm silver metallic, and the blue is a faint 'baby/robins egg' blue color. The picure on the Honda web site has the silver about right, but the blue doesn't really come thru in the picture. In person, you really notice the blueishness of it. Overall, it is a much more conservative/neutral looking color than the other blue, which really stands out.

Also, the lunar mist is only available with a beige interior, while the other blue has a black interior....

I have to say I didn't really like the color, and I REALLY did not like the beige interior, but of course this is all a matter of personal taste......

Hopefully someone can send you a photo, but I hope this helps in the meantime.....

 

Actually, I just found a link to some pictures - hope this helps! There's a close side shot here that shows the blue off pretty well - the other picture just look light silverish. Again, in person, you notice the blue pretty readily.....

Yea the one pic you really notice the blue. On the honda website it shows a black interior available. We don't want beige its horrible. Thanks you.

 

Unless they've changed their options recently, I don't think it is. On the 'build your fit' at theHonda web site, the only interior choice that I see is 'beige/black'. That's not a choice of 2 different colors! It can be translated as 'pretty much all beige, with some of the beige having black stripes'.

The White sport gives the the choice between beige (aka beige/black) and black interior. I think that's the only one that gives the 2 interior choices, but there may be a couple of others. If you do the 'build your fit' on the site with a White Sport, you'll see the difference when the interior colors come up....


I'd double check and make extra sure before you order one. I'm 99% sure you can't get a lunar mist with black interior in the US.

 

I actually saw my first Lunar mist today. I have already made up my mind that I don't like the color, by seeing it online. Then today, I was driving my work van and I see a car that has a fit-like profile up ahead, but was a weird blue. When it passed me, it turned out to be a lunar mist fit. The blueness of it was REALLY standing out in the overcast skies here today.

I now have to change my opinion of the color, because it is quite nice in person.

 

Lunar Mist was my "test" driving car at local honda dealer..

my wife liked the color but it only comes with "base" model..

 

Honda shows the color with the HFP rims on it. It looks good with that color and I would believe some carbon fiber parts as well.

 

Well since it comes with only beige interior we problably won't get this color. As soon as I do our taxes on saturday we are going to decide on ordering one or not.
