So heres a slight update on my Fit. Rims have been repainted Laguna SecaBlue. (M3 blue) I love the look!
I got the rear garnish thingie today. Got it free from my friends body shop. They installed that ugly widebody kit on a VBP Fit and had this left over. Not to mention they installed CF hatch.
I would have had a Mugen front lip...... UGH, just read my sig.

You have that blue one. One of the nicer ones on the mx6 site with the painted bbs rims. My buddy is shwine617 youve prolly seen him on forums with his red six.. hes the reason why i appreciate the ft2 and got mine. he got his f2 to do a 12.7 with just weight reductions, turbocoupe hybrid and some rigs here and there...has blown about 6 transmissions! hahah
hes got fe3 power now its soo sick.30 miles later and his fe3 blew up and has had complications and now waiting for some custom flywheel.

where'd you get that rear garnish from...from what i hear..most of them don't fit flush with the USDM rear bumper but your's looks like it does

 

Yea.. I know all about him. Yes sir, that Mx6 is mine. I love her to death!!!!
Shes rockin Skyline R32 wheels in bronze. Running strong. Im on my 5th trans. Right now Im running one with over 200k on it. The best trans Ive had, all my other rebuilt ones sucked.


Its the Speed n Stylez widebody one. It comes with the 15023piece kit. I got it for free from my friends bodyshop. The only thing I dont like is the top of it. It doesnt sit flush with the hatch. Its not noticeable though, it looks normal. The bumper does sit flush though.

 

damn that looks sick dude! did u drill into the rear hatch for the garnish? I want that piece BUT i don't wanna drill into my hatch. I want to just 3m the hell outa it lol.

 

Thanks Kevin. Actually, I did 3M it. The top half tends to unstick itself but the whole bottom and sides are still stuck. It has to do with the overall fitment. It aint going anywhere though.

damn i just saw the pix w/ the crx. Damn the stock fit wheels look good on the crx! he needs more of a drop and damn those stock wheels will really look "ballliinnnn!!"

The CRX is dropped on coilovers. They need to be adjusted down, he installed them last week.

And its funny you mention the rims getting stolen. Since I sold him the rims Fits have been ending up on blocks. Theres a white one in a neighborhood I cut through I saw. I felt bad....

 

"shizzle" that bites. the fit rims are actually quite nice.They give that Crx more of a "newer" look to it. i def like them much more than the swirlies from a teg. You know what? id love to see a gd3 with the SI rims from like an 00 civic. if anyone would have a pic.
sucks about that. i would feel bad too seeing a fit or even just any nice car sitting on blocks from that.
I live somewhat close to where A lot of cars (hondas) get stolen left and right.
im worried if it would be like that wit our fits getting stolen in time,.?...
but what is there to take from a fit? to interchange with anything else ? a puny engine? i sure dont think so. im so paranoid in getting this famous honda fit. just b/c its a honda. like if i do anything to it they will steal it somehow. I wil just have to see.

Si's have been done. Do a search. Im not a fan of Si's, too many people have them. I wanted to do GSR blades but another member beat me to it. I wouldnt mind running them though. Add my painting touches.

Im the same way with my Fit. Im worried it will get stolen but I dont know what they could get out of it? My wheels, but I sold them. My current wheels have Mugen locks. Good luck matching that key.
Recently A LOT of Hondas are getting stolen in FL. Believe it or not all of them are getting stolen during mid day in big parking lots. People walk out to their cars after work and see nothing. Thats got to be the biggest drop ever.

ha i was going to move to orlando area like VERY soon. all i was waiting for was to get my fit and move to clermont off of 27 and 192 by walmart. was gonna have a nice new car nice apt and a very cute girlfriend to move in with:-) but i got dumped and no florida anymore for me hahah:-( what can you do...its mad cold here dude I would still love to live there but I am young and dont know what the hell i wanna do in life. Will be barely affording this fit as it is. I wanna sell my mx6gt for like 500 bucks at the least. to get some cash flow. its just sitting nothings wrong with it.

its white with blue interior with of course the cracked dash my exhaust ends after the cat. no rust solid body but faded and the rims have no shine. oh....and yes....that 3rd gear is a trickster unless you drive it everyday and know how to put it in 3rd. haha no other person can drive it normal.. they werre only able too. 1, 2, - 4, 5 gear .haha
i thought it was fast but never took it to track.
all i had done to it was 15 lbs of boost....and...thats it....so you know how that is...haha i think its still very cool we be on both sites appreciating both cars.
