hey hows that k and n drop in air filter work for you? make it sound any different or give it any more power?

I really don't notice much of anything with it. The sound is no different and as far as horsepower, if it did give me anything it wasn't nothing but a couple of ponies. Not enough to feel it. If anything it helped with gas milage.

The 1st pic doesnt look like the car is dropped, but it looks very nice in the 2nd and 3rd pic!

so do you feel as though the drop in air filter is a waste of money? b/c i am very close to buying one, but if there is no real difference then im not gonna buy one

I wouldn't say it is a waste of money, it helps improve your gas milage. If you are looking for power then get a actual intake system.

what i was looking for was a difference in sound..i was hoping that with the drop in air filter you would hear the vtec engage, b/c thats what i want...i wanna hear the vtec...can you tell me if there is a diffence in sound?

I THINK every USDM fitowner wants that, i was hoping there would be a difference in horsepower, but i knew there wouldnt be any...but thanks for the info
