That seems like a flame thrower kit. However, that isn't uncommon on highly modified engines...especially ones with turbo's. My old car used to dump flames from the wastegate and the side exit exhaust. My other car used to shoot them out the rear during a redline run.

But on the Fit, unless it is highly modified, looks like a kit to me.

That would only be usefull if the flames came out about 15 feet then when that jerk behind you is just riding your but flip the switch and watch as the car disapers. lol talk about a flamer.
