I accidently ran a red light while i was singing, damn sucks to be me , good thing was that nobody was hurt and i still have all my body parts on me. I barely felt the car get hit when i was trying to avoid geting hit and the fit took the damage good. it was a mixture of avoiding getting hit and avoid hitting the car. i did both but i ended up getting hit. i continued singing my song after i switched to the spare and drove back home

i was glad the guy didnt go nuts on me, he was cool and calm about it, i got out the car as fast as i could to check up on him.

im gonna get an estimate tomorrow and see how much it'll cost to fix

 

dang that sucks. at least ur ok and no one got seriously hurt. hope things get back to normal with ur fit. ur car looked nice in ur sig too with those advans!

lol my friend was singing in his car too when he hit somebody a few years ago. now he's too traumatized to ever hear or sing that song again. how about you?

 

Ouch!! Man it sucks to see someone's pride and joy injured like that. But at least no one was hurt. I would still be crying if it had happened to me.

hahah almost everytime someone posts pics of their car in an accident, somebody will suggest they "get a jdm conversion now" just thought it was funny and wondered if you guys noticed this too. it's a good suggestion, unless you get in another accident since jdm bumper supports are weaker right?

I almost got hit today. I was making my way into a turn lane. It had a green arrow so I guess you can say I was rushing a little. Some douche in a Camry acted as if he was going to get over just as I was getting even with his car. I freaked, smashed the brakes (worked great I might add) Happened so fast, I didnt even have time to blow my airhorns.
My heart beat was going crazy!!! F-in loser didnt even get over after I passed him. Hope he dies in a fiery wreck.

If I wrecked my Fit Id cry.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Looks like a lot of damage even though you commented that you barely felt the hit. I hope your insurance company doesn't screw you on the premiums.

 

I almost got written off the other day too!!!
I was driving down this road, going along at 60kmh (cops frequent the road quite regularly) and i notice this taxi broken down in front of us, but over 2 lanes. So everyone casually passes him and carries on down the road. Next thing I know i see this taxi (toyota condor) coming from behind like a bat out of hell (on the 60kmh road) but he is weaving all over the road and almost hitting the pavement. I thought i should move out the way but he was driving so erratically i didnt know if he was going to hit me. Next thing, he comes up right behind me at about 90kmh, he was really gunning it. I had to viciously swerve out of the way (luckily there was a lane to my right where i could swerve) and he just missed me. Just before he almost hit me and I swerved i saw his face in my reaview mirror, and he as so drunk he could barely keep his eyes open!!! Note - this was at about 2 in the afternoon!!!
So after swerving out of his way he continued to charge down the road, luckily missing more cars and pedestrians, and going right through a red robot, and then finally coming to a stop at the bottom of the road. At this point, i was ready to kill. If he had hit me, it would have been hard and my car probably would have been written off and he probably would have died cos i doubt he was wearing a seatbelt. Man, i was cross . How some people can be so inconsiderate and irresponsible with your life and others.
