Just picked up an 08 Storm Silver Sport!

I picked up an 08 Fit sport last night. i was getting killed by the price of tires, gas, and the payment on my old car, so as soon as i found a buyer it was gone but i'm definately going to miss it. Its an 08 Fit Sport automatic, and i think i got a pretty good deal on it after about 3 hours of negotiations.

anyway, onto pictures of the old and current cars.

first, my srt4 which i got rid of about 11 months ago, funnest car i've ever had but i kept pushing the envelope too much and it was getting to expensive. At its peak it made 552 whp and a hair over 500 lbs of tq to the wheels. i still had a few parts left to install like the aem ems and twin disk clutch so i was never able to break 600 whp.

then i got rid of the srt4 to buy something that was kind of quick stock and still fun to drive so i picked up an 04 corvette z06 and i love that car but it was eating me alive with tires/gas/payment so 11 months into owning it i decided to give it the axe. this one was bone stock

and now my fit sport, its definately not the fastest of the bunch or the most agile but when i think of all the money i'm saving it puts a smile on my face.

i hope to get welcomed into and become an active member of this community, i've been modding cars for a long time and can provide tons of technically help.

Hey Welcome to the Fit Family - Sweet looking 2008 Fit! Really nice previous cars also - the Fit will definitely not be able to mix it up with
those cars in the speed zone but you will love the way it handles and how much fun it is to be riding a go-kart of a car.

Cat :X

Just out of curiosity, what are the last 5 numbers on your vin. I'm kind of curious how many are out there.

I heard that if you keep your foot outta the pedal on a Corvette, the mileage isn't _too_ bad actually. However, I bet that's hella hard!

thats what i heard too, but the best i got babying it was 20 mpg, average for me was 12-15 mpg, last tank was 10 mpg. they're good on the highway, with a 29 mpg rating but the city driving kills it, and i'm rarely on the highway.

thanks for the welcome guys

"Sonny, true love is the greatest thing in the world, except for a nice MLT - mutton, lettuce and tomato sandwich, where the mutton is nice and lean and the tomato is ripe [smacks his lips] They're so perky, I love that."

Now go make yourself a sandwich!

wait why did it get taken away on a flatbed? repo'd? jk. but i can't think of why it'd be taken away on a flatbed other than because it can't drive or you donated it?
