Euro Fit? New wheels warrant for new pics!

I've always loved the Euro look that people do on their VWs and Audis so I opted for these custom sized wheels from Work Equips. They are 15x8 +23 for the front and 15x8 +10 for the back and the tires are 195/50/15 Advan Neovas. Since I sold off most of my old track suspension setup, I was left with only these Tanabe springs that we put on in haste to see the stance.

Man, these came out exactly as I'd hoped..... share my joy, guys.

The white Fit in the back is an almost exact replica of Spoon Fit with all the available parts from the Spoon catalog installed in there....

Those Equips look great.
You must rub like crazy with those offsets.
Any pics of the white one?

Actually, they don't really rub unless the road is really wavy (big dips, etc) and I got like 3 people in the back.

very nice, they look bigger than 15, i guess its the deep stepped lip and offset making them look bigger.

LOL, that kind of road is considered "decent" in Indonesia...you should see some of the moon craters we got going on on some other parts of Jakarta...

Looks sick. I guess we can add you to the list of people who are shutting up all the people that want to say wheels will rub but have no first hand experience.

Well before this turns into another "of course they fit, but can you drive on it?" thread, let me first say that you need very stiff suspension, not so low stance and completely shaved inner fender liners to make this work. And they still rub on roads with big dips and if your car is full of luggage or people. It is the price to pay for the kind of look I am going for.

I am not going to lie and say they don't rub at all, because logically, with wheels sticking out as far out as mine do and nary a finger between the fender and the top of the wheel, it MUST rub.

But I did put my disclaimer out, right? "Not for the faint of heart". I am going to pull out the rear fenders out some more. The fronts are fine, but my cambers are maxed out.

Looks awesome!! I found out my offset is +5 to +6mm all around. Not as low as I thought.
Lip is huge on your wheels. Thats the only thing Im missing.

Great work. Welcome to low offset.

Sexy as heck!!!

Im pretty convinced now that I prefer every other countries front and rear bumper to our USDM ones. I can live with the front but the back looks like its weariing someone elses bumper! hahaaa

Im not usually a fan of the spokes that you are running...but it looks sooooo nice on your Fit that I am changing my mind!

I recently worked on a few models for a mall in Jakarta call the "Crossroads". Do you happen to know of it...and is it as big of a disaster as the plans suggested? I think it is supposed to be one of the biggest malls in the world...and It is themed, like a Japanese wing and a Moroccan wing. Maybe a New York styled wing too. It even had like amusement rides in it (smaller scale of course).

Just curious...as I seldom see the completed/realized projects...
It did seem cool...

If you are +5 offset all around, you must only have 7" wide wheels coz seeing the pic in your sig, it doesn't look like your wheels stick out that much. I am on 8" wide wheels and +10 offset in the back and I am sticking out by almost 2 fingers past the fenders.

Every mall in Jakarta has some sort of a theme around it, and we already have a couple of malls with rollercoasters indoors, so what you are saying doesn't seem to be too special. But I've never heard of "Crossroads". And I am in building supplies business, so I should know about it.

Nah, man, we have some really nice roads as well, I was in PR a couple of times before and you guys have some pretty nasty roads as well. If I were to compare it, I think roads in Jakarta and in PR are pretty comparable....

Hmmmm...interesting...maybe its not done yet? Not to be a punk but our malls suck! Nothing noteworthy or interesting about them... Lucky you guys! Yeah good point about you being in the building supplies business, maybe the project tanked...but I distinctly remember some interior shots of the basic concrete structure that I had to rematch on the model. But anywho...thanks for responding.

Back to your car...If you ever get bored of it you can always ship it to me! It looks GREAT! Good job... thumbs up!
and dont hesitate to post more pics!
