I use blue scotch painters tape. AKA masking tape. I always get the expensive ish, Im made of money.

For what wheels? *squints*

 

I'd either go 4x114.3 to do '96 ITR wheels or go 5x114.3 and do 16" ITR wheels. More than likely the 4x114.3 though, I've wanted to do that swap on every Civic I've ever touched.

 

Those wheel the wheels I originally wanted. The 4x114's.
Careful on the 16in ITR/CTR's. Since theyre 16's and the 4 to 5lug adapters give the wheels a +12 to +15mm offset youll need rolled and pulled fenders.

4x114's are better. You can get 3/4in thick and shave down the OEM studs a tad or 1in thick and clear fine.
My wheels wont be on much longer. Did I just say that?
