the last meet we had here in nc, i was one of the 2 fits there.

...it seems like yellow fogs are the order of the day!

when i first got my fit, which was only back around halloween, i thought, yeah! i'm the only fit i know. but when i found this place... the camaraderie is hard to beat. lord knows i wouldn't have been able to do all my mods so far in such a short amount of time since i joined, w/o their help.

LOL! yeah, even tho i love the jdm look and think it looks clean as hell, i'm not gonna go that route myself. i do like the protection that films offer, i'll probably stick with a clear vinyl. dark would look good too, i just don't wanna lessen their output cuz i like how freakin bright they are already.

trust me, from a physiological stand point, your heart doesn't miss it.

we got a burger joint here called five guys that tastes pretty darn close...but never the same.

its cool about the fogs...its like guys with is300's: you know they'll all have yellow fogs, so i understand not jumping on the bandwagon.

good luck trying to get those shots with a cell phone...seriously good luck... no really....GOOD LUCK!

-all shot handheld
-all ISO 800-6400
-all severely underexposed to preserve sharpness (practically black)
-none of the pics have been sharpened
-all pics originated from jpegs
-no color corection other than eye dropper on white point, for a quick
turnaround as I was and am working on 4+k pics at the moment
-lost a monitor a month ago. Now I am using an uncalibrated crappy and dark CRT. (think about that one for a minute)
now
-did I mention quick turnaround? I can only sit upright for 15 min without
impressive pain
-have been in and out of the hospital a ton the last few days (practically
all day today)
-I am at a huge handicap for this, my mobility is limited and I can only lift
fifteen lbs...thats my max!!! how do you think I could hold a camera
steady...(cell phone) let alone the D2X with 85/1.4 or 70-200/2.8vr.
-ever shot film?
-only two have flash, and they were of the DOG! Diesel requested it...
yup he told me so himself...
-down sampled and upsampled at will to arrange the page
-sorry if you have a bright back lit LCD or an old Prographic CRT

hehe didn't think that one little curiosity on your pictures would bother you so much, i apoligize for that. And you're right about that i dont know anything about you, and the professional photography/filming that you take pride in. I was not trying to be rude or anything. haha!!i don't know but you're hilarious man. especially when we were at the meet! i'm actually laughing out loud as i recall some funny stuff from the meet, i don't know why. like, when you were snapping some pictures & there were people in the car & you didn't even know or when one of my friends was taking a piss and you were like what is he doing and you realized he was taking a piss haha i dont know.. it was just funny ass hell to me.

Yeah I've just been looking at this thread in between breaks. I've been painting my room for the last 3 days... by myself... and its not fun. I had to fill holes, sand, clean, pack all my crap, move it to the middle... lets just say i haven't been in the greatest mood lately... dunno how you manage to do it, but you must teach me!!!. hahaha

My mother and g-ma are counting on me so... (whether or not they will admit it) if it wasnt for that I am sure I would be even worse off. Even then its hard, so I have been submerging myself in things that I love (even if its only and mostly in thought ) Hence the mini(?) meet and the photo posts. Thanks for organizing it

I finally drove my Fit last night for the first time since the meet.
I think I have another hospital trip in the works for tonight if my g-ma doesn't pick up in the next 6 hrs ugh ...
