Its.ryu's Photo Trail *Updated Pg1*

Finally edited all the good I have for pictures of my car. Most of them were taken with Sony Cyber Shot DSC-W30 6MP, nothing fancy. Next photo shoots will be with my new Canon PowerShot SX100 IS. Sorry their all exterior shots, I'll get some interior shots but it's mostly stock besides my deck.

4.24.07

Only been a month so still stock.

5.xx.07

Got a Fujita Cold Air Intake

The somewhere between these two dates I got my Shunk2 50mm Cat-Back and N1 LED Tailights. Kinda stopped moding during the summer.

1.12.08

Got my new rims mounted on, JDM Honda emblems and JDM Fit emblem.

1.18.08

Dropped on Tanabe DF210s.

2.17.08

These were taking with my friends new DSLR camera, Canon Rebel XTi. He's still learning how to use it. Also added some real Mugen Window Visors.

And my favorite of that shoot.

3.7.08

Whew, all done for now. Thats 25 pictures, I have more but some didn't turn out that great. Will try to get better shoots next shoot. I could use some suggestions and tips.

3.25.08

Went to the beach today for my friends birthday. Got a chance to take a couple of shots, nothing new yet on the car.

And my favorite of the four. Looks like it wants to take a swim.

More stuff will be on before the end of spring, at least I hope so.

4.12.08

Sold some things and got this.

4.15.08

Just found this in front of the house when I got home from class. What could it be?

Couple more things to come this month.

I like it alot, the only thing I would change is adding some tint.

Whats the brand size and offset of the wheels? they look identical to the Rota Boost's I had on my last car.

They are Rota Boost in 16x7 +40 Offset. Yea I do need to get a tint before summer hits, probably 20% rear and 35% front. Before my last shoot someone at my school jacked my antenna when I parked it at the college garage.

I just noticed something that I somehow missed before. In this pic in particular the black trim/moulding around the windows is rather striking. Further accentuated by the visor no doubt but nice none the less. I would hold off on the tint as it would detract from this but I definately see how I am the minority on this ...carry on....

I really dig the pics.
Perhaps on some of them where the surroundings make a rather monochromatic look a bump in the contrast might punch things up a notch. I would also think just for fun that some of these would cater well (after some higher contrast) to being a punchy industrial monochrome.

Thanks for posting em up

Hmmmmmm... to the mods/admin-
Maybe there should actually be a forum thread section just for Pic threads....since its all the rage. That way it would free up the some visual space and consolidate these ever growing/updating threads. And I am not refering to the gallery as its not as social a format.
Anywho...just a thought...(I know its been discused before...but hey I like being redundant )

+1. I love how the Fit looks without tint. I just can't live in Florida and not have tint.

Industrial areas are decent place to take pictures around my area without having to go far. Next I have to get used to my new camera and buy a tripod. Then go take pictures at a plaza in Santa Clara.

On the topic about tint I'm still debating whether or not to get a tint. With or without looks good to me but summer is on the way and I just might have to get one.

Doctordoom: I am dropped on Tanabe DF210s, I saw your earlier post before you edited.

Thanks for all the comments ! Looking forward to know what people think.

Nice pics man, I love the scenic shots. Your drop and wheel choice are great, you made me feel good about buying 16" instead of 17"

i think you should get some tint and if you do then get light tint all around to have that protection and also have as much of the stock look as possible. maybe like 70% front 50% rear, or 70% all around. anything more would be darker for your taste.

I like your rims too! im planning on getting some bronze rims as well. you can see my baby when i see you at the meets. Or just hit me up if you ever in sunnyvale, mt view, san jose area, or just south bay in general.

I wish they were Advan RGIIs or your RGs.

Well I'm thinking about getting Supercharge in the future so that choice limits my engine modding. But I'm leaning towards Supercharge since it allows me to keep my intake and header. So next is probably Weapon R Street Header. I do want their intake manifold but I don't think you get to keep that with a Supercharge.

So next on the list are N1's CF Duckbill(probably not for another 2-3months I was told by them), JDM center console, Weapon R street header, Tint and the save up for Supercharge.

I do like how the tint looks around 30%, but I don't want it too dark or too light. No, 50% doesn't cut it haha, I want something a little darker.

Well since I missed that last mini meet I want to see if anyone wanted to do it again before the April meet. I know there are at least 4 of us down here. Doesn't have to be everyone, just local but that doesn't mean other people aren't welcomed.
