Thanks for the pics smatts. I like! It looks pretty nice in blue.
Im really feelin those wheels, i may have to throw them on my car down the road haha(possibly paint them???).
Pretty cool little rear diffuser on the back. It looks more sporty form the back if you ask me.

I was there too..but didn't really pay attention to the new Fit..went there mostly for GTR.

i dont have much opinions on the new fit,,cuz i knew that honda will usually make it more uglier..hopefully the new redesigned fit will provide safer and actually a small compact drive feel (as opposed to the minivan feel now)

Someone post a picture of the JDM version. Compare and contrast. I'm interested in that Exhaust tip (no more EP3 hunt). Other then the interior, I'm not feeling this.

Idk I am just not digging the new jumbo fit. To me the whole point of the fit was a car that was sporty that was small but large. The new fit just looks to big and more of a family style car like a mini van. It doesn't look like you can do anything to make it look more badass like you can do with the fits now.

Once again, I'm the only person in the whole thread that likes the looks of it! Thanks for the pictures, blue is the color I'm hoping for, and that is a nice blue.

Anytime a new model comes out, owners of the previous generation bash the new car. It makes them feel better about their purchase.

Also, humans are creatures of habit. Eventually, more will warm up to the design.

2nd gen owners will do the same when the third gen comes out five years from now.

lmao and how did you deduce this?

I just got my fit a month or so ago after already seeing the 2nd gen fit's, I made the choice based on the fact the new ones are horrendous in many categories.

i guess its not possible that people see the new fit as too drastic from the previous gen? i mean it IS a minivan.you know wives trading in oddeseys for fits to crash into our gd3's blah blah blah

I have seen it happen on every car forum I have ever been on. Every model intro, same reaction, regardless of the brand. Nothing new. Don't get all worked up, I'm just calling it how I see it.

Idk I have only had my fit for less than a month now and I just don't like the car. Don't think any amount of time will change that. The only way I would change my opinion is if it somehow looked totally different in person, but that is doubtful.

thanks for the pics! this re-enforces my love for my 08 When i saw this pre-production, i only liked the interior. Then i saw the pics on honda and it kinda looked cool but then again it was just the pictures that were cool. Now from this, the fit looks HUGE! And without all the cool things the JDM has, no thanks.

It's already been said, but I don't like the new front end on the usdm 09 Fit. The lines just don't work, especially from the side. The nose looks stretched in a very awkward manner.
