my friend has one on his dc2, he said that he doesnt get shocked anymore. it is the jdm zearth static strap. I know a guy that was selling some on honda-tech a while back. I think he sold all of them though.

 

He has a reputation for getting stuck by lightning, so now he is grounded.

I had that on my Mx-6. Actually I had one yellow and one HID. Hahha! Everyone knew I was driving down the road. Then people copied me. :-/
