Hey are you coming to the meet on the 9th? ( idk if how far of a drive it is from holmen wi to chicago ) but figured I would throw it out there because the more fits the better

 

My camera is charging but i will take more exciting pics tonight. The wifes fit is clean now too so i can take the mini family fit shoot. I wont be at the meet on the 9th. I am stationed in North Carolina but am from Wisconsin and go back there often. I will be getting ready to deploy again and will be gone on the 9th otherwise i would have taken some leave and drove home. I will be home in late July early August though so i can try to meet some of you then

 

nice... i like sports without the front lip, they still look sick, except for the mounting holes.

I have been messing around at work with some sheet metal trying to get the shape of the bumper so i can stick it behind the holes and fill them with putty or something. Im starting to like the look and i love the fact that i barely ever scrape anymore. I need to find out if the J's lip uses those holes or not. If it doesnt then i can fill them and removed and reinstall it whenever i feel like it. If it uses the holes then i need to decide if i want to stick like i am now or still buy it. Choices choices

Im going to order my new lip in a few days, mmm i cant wait. Ive never been a fan of big fat lips, but the one i found is perfect! Cant wait to get it on!

Im almost hell bent on getting the J's lip from AJ Racing. I love the carbon sides and it would match my fog covers to bring the front end together. Im still stuck though since its $400 plus shipping. I gotta wait and see though. For now like i posted above im working on pieces to fill the holes. What lip are you getting?

 

New pics from today. I took Ruby in places she shouldnt have been and got stuck twice in sand/dirt and thank god i dont have that front lip. haha. It would have been gone. Enough of the small talk here are the UNEDITED pics. Oh and i have about a hundred or so pics so i will break them down by how much i like them and into many posts

I dont care what anyone says, I love the Fit with no front lip. It looks awesome. Minus your holes.

And that road with the big ass puddle, I sooooo would have drove through that and did a dirty car shoot.

Heres a couple more pics of the puddle. You would have never made it through. The wire in the pic says DO NOT ENTER for a reason. I gauged it and that SH*T is atleast 3 feet deep. Its insane. haha. I kinda got stuck pulling out of there cause it was muddy where i parked

 

Heres a couple pics when i started to hit the front. It does feel like the Skunk2's settled more but without the front lip its hard to really tell from the outside.







Like i said before i took her in places she didnt need to go. haha. All of these pics i was sitting on the bumper itself so i took them real quick and got out before i sank anymore. Lots of pics left. Let me know if you wanna see them.

Thanks Tyler. I really put some thought and creativity into this shoot. I went to 14 different spots and took almost a hundred shots. I was gonna get more but by the time i clicked off the last shot she was getting really dirty from playin off road so i packed up and came home. Maybe next time.

 

Ohh I would have made it though. Trust me.
I either would have built up enough speed to rip my front end off at impact or slowly worked my way on the sides of the puddle.
