Yes it's an OEM bumper for the Sports model. depending on what country you are from... that particular front bar, side skirt and sports rear bar is supplied as standard on the VTiS model Jazzes in Australia.

Note: the Grill is not standard... my guess is J'S Racing grill

 

I highly doubt it but you never know. I was shocked when Amuse released mods for the Honda Legend (Acura RL here in the US).

yeah the J's fit is deffinatly sweet. saw it at HIN seattle last weekend. they have the JDM (same in other countries too) front and rear bumpers and whatnot, with the J's front under spoiler, spoon rear duckbill, and j's front grille.
