i think he's the first person i've seen with 17's

NO disrespect because i think they actually don't look bad.. but i've always thought those wheels look like oscillating fan covers

if you just sit in your car and slowly turn your wheel left and right it'll look just like an oscillating fan.. hehe.. but like i said they actually don't look bad..
