My new steering wheel

Here's a quick pick of my new wheel.

Still have to work on the wiring to get it fully functional but that shouldn't take too long:



JDM Civic Type-R (FD2) steering wheel
Cruise & paddle shifters from Acura CSX

and before anyone asks, no the radio controls won't work.

looking good man!

did you paint your hvac knobs? looks like you tried to match the jdm silver overlays. i almost did that but i think im going to paint mine black.

great job on the steering wheel retrofit!

Looks good. Can you change the paddle shifters without changing the entire wheel? And what kind of pedals are those?

bad ass. Do a write up on how to wire the CC. Is the hub the same for all of those gen civics? Also is the airbag the same? I know with my old 98 civic... the hub for the ep3 wheel would fit however the airbag was 2 stage and wouldnt work so i got an s2k wheel which was one. Thanks for the info

Thats actually clean looking. I dont really like the style of the new Honda wheels, but I could get use to that.
