Rear bike rack definitely is better for the MPGs.

Couple random tangents, your headlights definitely look yellow due to the bulb reflection in the housing, and did you just use a cherry bomb resonator muffler and paint it black? Black mufflers definitely help prevent the modified exhaust ticket.
