the springs will void it.

the jdm badge was laying around my house so i slapped it up there.

 

The springs wont void your warranty, they will only void the replacing the shocks because of wearing prematurely.

Or if the springs blow the shocks, rocked through the car and destroy it. Then the aftermarket springs caused damage and your warranty is void. however thats very unlikely.
