Sickfit's engine cover on my Alaska BOM Fit!
1 Attachment(s)
Hey it finally stopped raining long enough to take some pics of my car with my new (used) engine cover. Got it from SickFit in his part out sale so he could buy a (gasp) Dodge product.

I don't know what kind of camera or filters you're putting your pictures through, but your BOM Fit looks so much better than other BOMs.
Same goes for Ray's MR Fit, his is just blastin' errbody else's. |

|
Hahah thats an incredible difference in these pictures. I must get this magic program imediately!!
Seriously car looks good though :) This color is starting to grow on me a little bit. |
wowowowowowowow
i have photoshop, and i am going to download adobe lightroom RIGHT NOW! how much different is it? |
oh i didn't know it was like an add on type thing :p
silly me. i'm still going to get it though i'm big on photoshop :) |
I only need Photoshop Elements 4 to do all the stuff I do. The hood was just 10 layers with different opacities. The real photo editing heavy weights are programs like Lightroom and Aperture.
|
Eerily the first pic looks like it came from GT prologue haha
|
haha
i'm a tech junkie type dude. well i'm not sure if that's exactly the word i have cs3 extended though :D and lightroom has 19m 41s left till done downloading and i am going to try to remake your picture thanks for posting the originals :D i'll let you know how it turns out hopefully not catastrophic! haha |

If you can't figure it out I can tell you what to set all the filters to. I only made 10 adjustments (hint).
|
ahh some tips would be great
i did the hood in photoshop, then the rest in lightroom i really like that program :D thanks for showing it to me! here's my try of course it fails in comparison to yours though.. :) http://img71.imageshack.us/img71/8867/bomlrrj5.jpg and i took off that weird reflection on the bottom left side of your window in photoshop also |
Aw I like my Balcony. CS3 definetly has Elements 4 beat on the hood.
Crop angle 1.48 Crop rectangle Black clipping 22 Fill light 22 Recovery 52 Clarity 84 Vibrance 52 Vignette amount -88 Vignette midpoint 48 Orange saturation shift 38 |
oh i didn't mess with the crop angle and crop rectangle stuff
i'll have to give it a try for sure haha ahh it was your balcony!!! yeah for the hood i just did a soft brush eraser and kept getting lighter on the opacity till it just faded thanks man :D +rep |
