Few pics, still nothin' special'

Decided to snap a few pics today before I continue on with my basement painting, ughh. As you'll see, I picked up the T1R VIP recently, love it! I still want wheels badly but will probably wait until next year at this point.

On a side note, I went to a VW show yeaterday and seeing those old Beetle's, slammed on the ground with Porsche alloys, really got me thinking

Funny you say that. Before my newest set of wheels I just got (no tires yet) I had thought about that also. A lot of my friends are Vw freaks so I really like Euro styling.
Problem is the Porsche wheels I wanted are 17's and pretty wide. Im sure I could still pull it off but its a lot of money. Dont really want to pay for 2 piece adapters anymore. :-/

Car looks great. Love that muffler.

Isn't the fit kind of like a 21st century Rabbit Gti? I owned one and loved it so that's not an insult.

Progress springs. I would love the black headlights but just don't want to spend the loot right now.

Oh yeah, thanks Ray on the exhaust refresher. Yeah, I think a lot of the Porsche wheels are 5x130 or something crazy like that.

Depends I think.... But yea, some odd ball 5lug junk. Still 2 piece adapters will be needed. Then that'll total out with really low offset. Low offset and 17's or 18's is bad news bears.

But of course can be pulled off.

Not an insult at all, I had one and my dumbass sold it. 5-6 years went into that thing, engine, paint, interior, the works....
