I clayed and waxed my car
ummm i'm not sure about dusting, I know a lot of guys here do that and use a california duster. when its spring here and there is pollen i just let it go for a week then wash it, then repeat the next week. i don't feel like taking the chance of scratching it. if you look around on the web you can find one.
heres one from amazon:
Amazon.com: The Original California Super Duster: Automotive
(read the reviews)
edit: i just noticed theres different sizes so be careful of that, you don't need a huge one! lol
as for the clay bars you can also search the web for this. i've gotten them from autotopia numerous times
Car Detailing Clay Bar - Sonus Ultra Fine Detail Clay

i've been reading about the california duster some more and i've got to say it sounds like a good deal. its treated with wax that will last for years and you never have to wash it. i'm definitely going to get one for next spring. don't use a microfiber cloth to dust it off that probably will scratch it.
scratch your car

scrathes!
It WILL scratch your paint! Dragging dust and dirt across your paint is exactly how those little scratches occur!
I wouldn't recommend using this without a nice coat of wax over your car. With wax the duster easily glides over the car, no friction. I can imagine scratches occurring if the car was down to the bare clearcoat or paint.
