hey was wondering if any guys with a fit in orange revolution has ever gotten this "That's a girl's color!" It sounds so lame but I have had this said to me twice!? Does everyone feel that its a "girly" color? Maybe its just me but my last car was a 2003 ford focus in light tundra.....got the same deal....do I just keep picking girl colors? Never really thought a color could determine sex.....i mean maybe if I painted the fit hot pink than i could see it but honestly!

Im considering purchasing a 09 FIT Sport and Im debating if I should go with the red, blue sensation, or orange revolution. I was talking to a local dealership's sales manager about possibly ordering the orange but that I would like to see it in person before I committed. He said don't get the orange, its a girl's color. He said your a guy...don't pick the orange. LOL. I'm still gonna wait a week to see the orange as he has one coming in for a customer. But I was laughing cause of what he said - its a girls color.
But its different and I might just go with it.

 

It's better than "why would you want orange!?" and the comments on how orange is an ugly colour... maybe I got those ones because I am a girl! And, YES, I did buy the orange!!

The ONLY dealer that said it was a nice colour was the one where I ended up buying, coincidentally.

When I was at the park and ride a couple weeks ago and had to pay for my parking the security guard also gave me... "orange? orange!? orange!" I should've told him to have a look at how awesome it is!

I love my orange car and how it stands out in the parkades full of silver, sand, and bland coloured cars. This orange is VERY different from the 08 orange. I see the 08 orange now and don't even think I'm looking at orange.

 

Same reason why I Ordered the ORM FIT... plue Orange is my favorite color too

NO WAY is this a girl color! The pink Jazz in Japan, now that's a girl color, but this orange is hot and certainly could be a guy color. I can see people saying that about tidewater blue, and blackberry pearl (purple) but orange is neutral.

I think the GE8 only looks good in OR and CBP.

No, it wasn't tinted in the first pic, but all of those cars seem to be in the same place.

I just got pulled over for my tint, so it is all coming off and I will have a lighter tint put on. Damn!

Can't you leave the back windows at 20% and just have the front 2 windows reapplied? We can have limo tint all around except the front 2 if we have side mirrors.

 

I can have the back as dark as I want, but technically nothing on the front. The cop said if it was lighter, it shouldn't be a problem (key word: shouldn't).

The 20% was too dark for my liking for visibility, and I don't like differing shades of tint. So, I am going to have it all redone. Now I need to decide between 35% and 50%.
