Unfortunately I don't have any good, recent pics with the Work wheels on. I've already taken them off as the weather is starting to change a bit. Call me paranoid, but I want to preserve the wheels as log as I can lol

Lots of goodies on the way as well, can't wait for spring already!
Yes that's the JDP lip. I'm very happy with it.

Thought so. Thanks for posting your pics. Was curious how the carbon looked against the crystal black.

I ordered the lip, as well as the rear duckbill spoiler from JDP, and was thinking about painting them, but now I'm not so sure!

Might end up getting the rear diffuser to help tie in the carbon look throught the whole car.

I wouldn't bother painting. They blend at a distance and only look dissimilar enough close up for people who would appreciate it to notice. I like the subtle contrast, without the glaring "HEY I'M A RACE CAR!" look.

BTW my rear spoiler is JDP too if that gives you an idea of how it blends.

That's awesome, thanks for the rear spoiler pics.

Almost went with that spoiler, but decided to roll the dice and rock the duckbill.

The price difference between the fiberglass and carbon was so minor, it made no sence to order the fiberglass. Especially when the carbon looks that good on black.

I love my Fit, but the black shows EVERYTHING! Every ding, every scratch and nick, every speck of dirt. I wash it weekly----I have to! Gotta keep it looking good. Any advice for wax or protection? I'm guessing it's just part of having a black car....

Think i'm going to get window visors to visually bring the roofline down. Windows are so tall.

I've been thinking of getting them just to keep rain/snow out. I usually drive with my windows & sunroof cracked open a bit, even in these temps... I've been resisting that mod for various reasons, but I might have to give in.

I keep forgetting you have a CBP also.. lol...
Your car looks nice!

Thanks Fitstir!

I've been debating the visors back and fourth myself. I also usually drive with the window cracked at least, so functionally I also think it's a good idea, and I like the visors that don't really protrude from the car, I think it's the OEM visors but I haven't looked that seriously. Visually I do think it will help with the tall look... it's the windows that really add to it. Tint would help too but i'm not a fan, I like the fishbowl.

My concerns are fading and weathering, as my car is almost always parked outside. I always hand wash so i'm not concerned with damaging them that way. I suppose it's only $60, I should give it a shot. Maybe paint them CBP, might be cool idk...

This is why it bugs me, it throws the line off, looks weird, makes the car taller.

And it continues on the front windows too...

The visors take care of that which bugs me:

I see what you mean... I never understood why those rear windows have that black strip around them... wish they were full clear. Maybe it's for safety or some other reason.

The OEM Honda ones (also in the Jazz_CBP's pic) are the "slimmer" ones I believe... the Mugen's bulge a bit in the front, then have that weird taper at the rear... or something like that.

I've been fighting the visors, because of the looks, cleaning, etc, etc... I mean they look nice, but they tend to attract the attention of the LE (and smash & grab thieves), that and tints around here is a red flag for them... although they're starting to crack down on HID's too now.
Also the cleaning, they're a little bit of a pain to dry correctly (I also only hand wash)... They do come "smoked" so they're dark but see-thru so that's good. I'm sure I have a few other "cons" I can't think of right now, while the main "pro" for me is to keep water from coming in...

+1 for OEM visors. First thing I did to my car. Had them on about 2 years and still in great shape. None of the fasteners are broken or loose or anything. They will get tiny little scratch marks on them over time when you dry off the car after washing, but they're so hard to see it doesn't really matter. Even show cars have tiny tiny lines in the paint from multiple washes and dries sometimes. Go OEM visors though, not Mugen. They're way overpriced. The OEM ones are a breeze to install too. Little involved I guess because of the clips you have to insert, but it's worth it for the longevity they provide. They also come with printed instructions. Little fidgeting with the weather stripping is required, but easy.
